In order to celebrate the 10th anniversary of our very first party, we are hosting a special gathering.
On Saturday March 1st 2014, we will be setting up shop at the new Apex Movement location in Boulder, playing host to a selection of longtime CMKY residents and one of the most celebrated live hardware acts to come out in recent years.

The Aurora Project offers a valuable opportunity for collaboration between hundreds of local, national, and international artists, for an inclusive artistic experience and community engagement.
Aaron Wilson of AudioPixel presented ‘Arbor Borealis’, a three-dimensional grid of RGB LED spheres that presents an ever changing myriad of generative 3D graphics driven by environmental and user audio input. Patrons walked on the reflecting pool and seemed to take pleasure snapping pictures and exploring the spaces inside the piece.

AudioPixel is excited to be involved with the creation of Control Tower – 60′ of interactive illumination. The project is being led by IAM, the crew that brought Megatropolis to Burning Man in 2010, and created the Temple of Transition in 2011.
Control Tower will be a 60′ massive platform making its debut at Burning Man 2013. Every aspect of the tower will be interactive, from the never before seen experimental flame effects, to the massive & dazzling array of RGB lasers, to the shifting patterns that play across the entire surface of the artwork.

Main Stage Lighting for 3 Nights @ Lucidity Festival. One of a kind Custom LED Arrays arranged unique for this event, running AudioPixel software the entire time for all acts, as has always been the case with every festival show we’ve put on.
This time we were ready to Syphon in video feeds and let the VJ’s have input. Using a separate controller our software added lighting effects and interpreted the video inputs as mapped planes in various fashions across the 3D arrangement.
